You get the amber body of our summer honey first, then baked apple, a little oak, and the warm finish of whiskey without turning the jar into a cocktail.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eWe do not flavor this with extracts or syrups. The honey goes into the barrel. Time and wood do the rest. Every batch will lean a little different depending on the barrel and the harvest. That is the point of aging it this way.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThis is a small lot.
